TableFare Introduces Video Spice Spotlight on Different Types of Cinnamon

Spice Spotlight videos are a more dynamic platform to share information and my enthusiasm for spices. The topics come from questions I get about specific spices. For example, Ive had a number of people ask me about the various types of cinnamon and why ground cinnamon seems to clump when its added to liquid, so thats the focus of the first Spice Spotlight video. - Carol Peterman

Outta Step, LLC Introduces New Music from Rapper Amos

Amos has recorded his debut project for Outta Step LLC/Island Def Jam Digital distribution, titled "Da Wildcat". The single was produced by Kenny Dubb Williams and is an ode for all young party goers. "We really wanted to appeal to the young ladies on this one," stated Mr. Williams. "At one of the recording sessions for this song, all the women in the room started dancing. That's when we knew we had a big record." The single has since aired on several radio stations and was selected to be featured on the Young Money Presents: The Unsigned Hype Mixtape Volume 1. Da Wildcat is available at the iTunes store, Amazon, and all major online music distributors.

Kenny Dubb enlisted engineer Irko of Studiobeat to handle the recording and mixing of the project. The song later made its way to Warren Sokol at Universal Mastering Studios for final touches. Outta Step, LLC chose to release the single on a relatively safe week for independent artist. With minimum pressure from major label competition, Da Wildcat received notable sales in its first week.

Born,and raised in Flint, Michigan, Terrell Amos began his career as a poet. In 2007, Amos moved to Anchorage, Alaska and began rapping in the local hip-hop scene. By 2010 a mixtape Amos was featured on found its way to producer Kenny Dubb. Dubb was impressed with Amos' wordplay and delivery and later setup a meeting.
