In dataview data is there but count of that dataview is zero in asp.net

In dataview data is there but count of that dataview is zero in asp.net

In dataview data is there but count of that dataview is zero .In Debugging
mode i seen the dataview table by Right clicked the dataview variable it
showing some red color error Symbol. how to solve this problem.
